In each of our project options (Colorizer, Facelift, Overhaul) 3 exterior design concepts are included in the original fee. What does this look like? Well... ​ 1. For the first exterior design, we take influence from your inspirational photos and project description and come up with an original design tailored to your home. ​ 2. After you review the first design, tell us what you love, what you like, and what you'd like to see changed. We make those changes and release the 2nd design. ​ 3. Rinse & Repeat for the 3rd design concept, to get those details perfected. For each additional design concept after the 3rd we charge a small fee, depending on the degree of changes requested. However, it isn't common that we go beyond 3 total concepts.

Absolutely! We typically go one of two ways, we can add design to the architectural elevations from your construction documents OR we sometimes create 3D models of your home and procure a design that way.

Our turnaround time for the first exterior design image is 7-10 business days. Each Design Concept thereafter is ± 5 business days. It may take us a couple of weeks to begin your project depending on how many projects we're tackling at one time. If you need something quicker just let us know! We can expedite projects for an additional fee.

Absolutely! This process doesn't work UNLESS you have input. Our goal is to help guide you to the design you're after! Yes, Yes, and Yes! With the completion of every project we release a Design Guide that incldues: • Paint Colors • Materials (Siding, Roofing, Stone, Windows, etc.) • Objects (Doors, Hardware, Lighting, Seating, Mailboxes, Doorbells, etc.) • Landscaping (Plants, Trees, Hardscape Materials, Lighting, etc.) The objective of our service is to equip you with everything you need to tackle your project, whether that be presenting the design to a contractor or tackling the work yourself!

We recommend submitting your project and we can review what services are required based upon the needs of your project description. Rule of thumb for each of these are: color only for a colorizer; change of materials & landscaping for a Facelift; Any roof changes (including porch roofs), additions, dormers, etc. for an Overhaul.
